Nourish Your Soulstice:
An Open House & Wellness Fair
Friday, June 22, 2012 from 5 to 9 pm
THANK YOU to all who participated!
The staff of FRA extends their most sincerest and heartfelt thanksto all the speakers, vendors, fitness instructors, artists, volunteers and participants for making FRA’s 3rd Annual “Nourish Your Soul-stice” possible.
This is an event for everyone who cares. If you provide care for children, parents, a spouse, another family member, or a friend, you may sometimes forget about yourself. Caregivers more than anyone need to take time and energy for themselves. Even a small effort can make a big difference in your health and outlook.
It’s time to Nourish YOUR Soul-stice and learn about simple, inexpensive ways you can soothe your senses and energize your spirit.
Food: Taste flavorful nutritious dishes you can easily make with this summer’s local produce, made by Avril*Cultural. Hear about about healthy and easy-to-make snacks. Always wanted to know about vitamins? Ask an expert!
Try-it Fitness: Feel your body release tension as you explore Tai Chi with the Taoist Tai Chi Society (5pm), Hip-Hop with Dance Revolution (6pm), Yoga with Kathleen Hook (7pm), and Jazzercise & Daralyn’s Karmakanic Yoga (8pm).
