HR Specialist (Recruitment)
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Specialist assists in the administration of various areas of human resources functions including recruitment, orientation, training, employee relations, worker’s compensation, payroll, benefits and special projects, including employee events. IT Support Specialist – FT

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of daily IT operations to promote staff’s ability to fulfill agency’s core mission. This includes but is not limited to, the inventory tracking of all hardware/software, workstation and network administration, staff training, troubleshooting, maintenance, and systems/data security for a medium sized organization with remote facilities. Senior IT Specialist – FT

Home Community Provider – On Call – Family Services – Starting at $15.00/hr!!
The Home/Community Provider implements a prescribed habilitation plan for eligible participants while providing routine direct care either in the home or community.  This position works closely with the family or guardian and the FRA Home/Community Services Manager to design, implement, and modify consistent intervention strategies that can ultimately be maintained by the family or guardian in their daily routines.

Day Habilitation Manager – Discovery Center
The Day Habilitation Manager has responsibility for the provision of coordinating services with families and individuals in the center-based day habilitation setting.  The Day Habilitation Manager will work with the Home/Community Services Program Manager to assist with coordinating services. The Day Habilitation Manager assists with the identification and assessment of families in need of day habilitation services, and assures that services meet federal, state, and agency guidelines and regulations. The Day Habilitation Manager, in coordination with the Home/Community Services Manager, is responsible for recruiting, orientation, training and supervising staff within the day habilitation setting. The Day Habilitation Manager will assist with coordination of program transportation and provision of services. (Closes Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017)

Chore Provider – On Call Position – Senior Services – Starting at $15.00/hr!!
The Chore Provider performs tasks to assist a participant in maintaining his/her independence while allowing them to remain in their home.  The Chore Provider performs household tasks that individuals cannot perform themselves.

Support Living Specialist – FT/PT/On-Call – Starting at $15.00/hr!!
Residential: Provides and/or coordinates supports that are necessary to enable FRA participants to live as independently as possible.  This includes assisting in the planning, implementing and documenting of the Plans of Care (POC’s), ensuring the well-being, safety and quality of life of program participants, providing guidance and training that facilitates independence and recognizing and respecting the rights of the participant.

Program Support Specialist – Residential
The Program Support Specialist has primary responsibility for assisting staff by providing clerical and administrative support to the Residential Services program. Responsibilities include receiving and routing incoming communications, greeting and directing guests and visitors, maintenance of program records, taking and delivering of messages, performing related administrative functions, and other similar assigned duties.  The Program Support Specialist requires knowledge of the services being provided in their respective program, other community organizations, and within the agency. (Closes Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017)

Personal Outcomes Manager – Residential

The Personal Outcomes Manager assists the Residential Director in the operation of the adult Residential Services program which includes support of individuals in multiple locations such as assisted living homes, supervised apartments, independent apartments and homes. The position has primary responsibility for:  Ensuring that the department’s provision of services comply with all applicable regulations, standards and internal procedures. (Closes Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017)

Maintenance Technician II
The Property Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and preventive maintenance of all FRA properties under the direction of the Director of Facilities. To maintain the properties, the Property Maintenance Technician II must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair most common maintenance issues, and restore the affected area back to working order in its original condition. An effective Property Maintenance Technician II has the ability to perform a variety of duties related to building maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical repair, housekeeping and groundskeeping. The goal of the position is to ensure that all the properties are maintained to the highest standards possible. This includes all the properties managed, owned, and leased by FRA. The Property Maintenance Technician II helps the property achieve success by keeping the buildings and grounds in excellent condition and by providing excellent customer service to residents. Driver – Closet Collections – PT/On-Call
The On-Call Driver will serve as relief or alternate staff to perform duties of pick-up service driver when the regular driver is unavailable.  The On-Call Driver will also assist the regular driver in his/her daily duties. (Closes Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017)

Assistant Project Supervisor – BLM / nights
Assistant Project Supervisor assists in management and execution of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) of his/her assigned contracts.  Operational responsibilities include assisting in the management of quality control, training, supervision, liaison duties, budgeting, and oversight of assigned PWS tasks. This position generally requires 24-hour availability. (Closes Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017)

Project Supervisor – Eielson AFB Commissary / nights
The Project Supervisor manages the execution of Performance Work Statement (PWS) of assigned contracts.  Hours are dependent upon contract requirements and may vary from twenty to forty hours per week.  In addition, the Project Supervisor provides primary supervision of assigned contract employees.
