Home/Community Provider
On Call (Family Services): Implements a prescribed habilitation plan for eligible consumers while providing routine direct care either in the home or community.  This position works closely with the family or guardian and the FRA Family Specialist/Care Coordinator to design, implement, and modify consistent intervention strategies that can ultimately be maintained by the family or guardian in their daily routines. Day Habilitation Provider Discovery Center
Part Time/Full Time (Family Services): Responsible for working as a team member in assisting participants with developmental disabilities in their recreational activities and daily living skills, implementation of participant’s POC’s, promoting each participants freedom of choice and independence, maintaining participants files, transporting participants in the community, and documentation of progress. The Day Habilitation Provider will ensure that activities and services are provided appropriately and in accordance with participants needs. (Close Thursday, June 1, 2017)

Chore Provider
On Call (Senior Services): Performs tasks to assist a participant in maintaining his/her independence while allowing them to remain in their home.  The Chore Provider performs household tasks that individuals cannot perform themselves. (Close Monday, June 5,2017)

Respite Provider
On Call (Senior Services): Provides short term, direct care for eligible participants.  The purpose of this care is to provide relief for family members, parents or guardians to enable them to attend to personal matters.  The Respite Care Provider has a demonstrated interest in working in direct care position serving the emotional, physical and health needs of eligible participants. Property Maintenance Technician I
Full Time (Facilities): Responsible for responding to maintenance requests as requested through the facilities work order system, as assigned by the Facilities Director. An effective Property Maintenance Technician I has the ability to perform a variety of duties related to building maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical repair, housekeeping and groundskeeping. The goal of the position is to ensure that all the properties are maintained to the highest standards possible. This includes all the properties managed, owned, and leased by FRA. The Property Maintenance Technician I helps the property achieve success by keeping the buildings and grounds in excellent condition and by providing excellent customer service to residents. Custodian EAFB
Night Position: Performs sanitary and contract services at designated contracts.  Position is part time and should expect one to forty hours per week. (Close Friday, May 26,2017)

Senior Services Office Coordinator
Full Time (Senior Services): Responsible for daily coordination of the Senior Services program providing center-based services, home-based services, and providing administrative support to support those operations.   The Senior Service Office Coordinator assists the Director to verify that services meet federal, state, and agency guidelines and regulations. The Senior Service Office Coordinator assists the Senior Services Director to ensure that individuals and families, utilizing department staff, receive support and direction in providing care for their senior experiencing Alzheimer’s disease, related dementia or physical frailty. Residential Program Support Specialist
Full Time: Primary responsibility for assisting staff by providing clerical and administrative support to the Residential Services program. Responsibilities include receiving and routing incoming communications, greeting and directing guests and visitors, maintenance of program records, taking and delivering of messages, performing related administrative functions, and other similar assigned duties.  The Program Support Specialist requires knowledge of the services being provided in their respective program, other community organizations, and within the agency. Residential Site Supervisor
Full Time: Responsible for supervising, training and providing technical guidance to assigned Supported Living Specialists and participants. The Residential Site Supervisor provides direct support for participants in addition to providing coaching for the Supported Living Specialist.   Other duties include working closely with the Residential Team Leader in managing the day-to-day requirements, providing quality supports in a residential setting, covering Supported Living Specialists on scheduled absences, and identifying staff during emergency fill situations.  Maintains up to date knowledge of residential trends, personal care issues, medications, health and safety issues, waiver services, etc. (Close Monday, May 29, 2017)

Support Living Specialist
Residential: Provides and/or coordinates supports that are necessary to enable FRA participants to live as independently as possible.  This includes assisting in the planning, implementing and documenting of the Plans of Care (POC’s), ensuring the well-being, safety and quality of life of program participants, providing guidance and training that facilitates independence and recognizing and respecting the rights of the participant. Adult Day Center Activities Aide – Senior Services
Exxon Internship for student: Responsible for working as a team member in maximizing a family’s ability to care for a family member experiencing Alzheimer’s or age related dementia and to support a quality home-like environment. The Adult Day Center Activities Aide will ensure that activities and services are provided appropriately and in accordance with participant needs. (Close Monday, June 5, 2017)

Closet Collections Driver
On Call: Serve as relief or alternate staff to perform duties of pick-up service driver when the regular driver is unavailable.  The On-Call Driver will also assist the regular driver in his/her daily duties. (Close Thursday, June 8, 2017)
