DIRECT SUPPORT and ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS
Supported Living Specialist
Full Time and On Call (Residential Services): Provides and/or coordinates supports that are necessary to enable FRA consumers to live as independently as possible.  This includes assisting in the planning, implementing and documenting of the Personal Service Plans (PSP’s), insuring the well-being, safety and quality of life of program consumers, providing guidance and training that facilitates independence and recognizing and respecting the rights of the consumer. Home/Community Provider
On Call (Family Services): Implements a prescribed habilitation plan for eligible consumers while providing routine direct care either in the home or community.  This position works closely with the family or guardian and the FRA Family Specialist/Care Coordinator to design, implement, and modify consistent intervention strategies that can ultimately be maintained by the family or guardian in their daily routines. Community Development Director
Has the primary responsibility for planning, scheduling, implementing and evaluating the coordination of planned giving programs and other fundraising activities and membership services.  These duties involve public relations, agency public education, agency events, and the promotion of agency programs and services, events planning and coordination, public appearances, participation in community activities and preparation of the annual report. Employment Services Director
Has primary responsibility for the operation of the employment services program, which includes vocational training, employment for participants in work center settings, supervised work sites, community jobs, and oversight of small business operations.  This position is responsible for assuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and with state and agency policies and procedures.  The Director is also responsible for program planning and development including procurement of employment opportunities, budget and expenditure monitoring, staff recruitment, training and supervision, participant intake process, implementation of Plans of Care (POC’s) and interagency coordination. Day Habilitation Provider Discovery Center
Part Time/Full Time (Family Services): Responsible for working as a team member in assisting participants with developmental disabilities in their recreational activities and daily living skills, implementation of participant’s POC’s, promoting each participants freedom of choice and independence, maintaining participants files, transporting participants in the community, and documentation of progress. The Day Habilitation Provider will ensure that activities and services are provided appropriately and in accordance with participants needs. (Close Monday, May 1, 2017)

Chore Provider
On Call (Senior Services): Performs tasks to assist a participant in maintaining his/her independence while allowing them to remain in their home.  The Chore Provider performs household tasks that individuals cannot perform themselves. (Close Wednesday, May 3,2017)

Respite Provider
On Call (Senior Services): Provides short term, direct care for eligible participants.  The purpose of this care is to provide relief for family members, parents or guardians to enable them to attend to personal matters.  The Respite Care Provider has a demonstrated interest in working in direct care position serving the emotional, physical and health needs of eligible participants. Closet Collections Operations Supervisor
Full Time: Responsible for the overall management of the Closet Collections contract between Fairbanks Resource Agency and TVI Corporation/Value Village, and the supervision of its staff. (Close Monday, May 1, 2017)
