Adult CenterThis program is a lifesaver for me. It eliminates much stress for me and I know my dad is safe and happy.

NATIONAL FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT PROGRAM (NFCSP)
Through NFCSP, FRA Senior Services provides supported services to an unpaid caregiver who is caring for a senior or an individual of any age with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. The program can provide a temporary break from caregiving, while allowing individuals to remain in the comfort of their home for as long as possible. A Case Manager will assess your needs and assist you to identify services that may include:

  • Case Management
  • Respite Care
  • Adult Day Center program
  • Counseling and training
  • Supplemental services
